|Social Prescriber||assists you to make positive changes to your health and well-being and can provide links to local activities and services.|
|Mental Health Practitioner||trained to assess and support people with common mental health problems – principally anxiety disorders and depression – in the self-management of their recovery.|

|Paramedics||help you with a variety of health conditions from coughs and minor injuries to more serious conditions, like asthma and heart attacks. Can carry out telephone appointments or home visits, as well as seeing patients face-to-face in the Surgery.|

Wider Practice Team
The Business Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Practice, including supporting the GP’s and other medical professionals and staff with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended care services, all aimed at delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
