I trained at Kent & Sussex Hospital, and qualified as RGN under Sussex University.
My first placement was at the Horder Centre in Crowborough, East Sussex, where they specialise in Orthopaedics. I then worked as a District nurse for eleven years before going into General Practice. I have a diploma and specialise in Asthma management. I am also qualified and specialise in advanced leg ulcer management & wound care.
I retired from my last Practice Nurse post to move to the Island four years ago, but here I am still working. Just couldn’t stay away!!!
I have a very large Golden Retriever who takes me for long walks each day and we are lucky enough to live on the Island near the beach, so he can practice swimming to Southampton or Portsmouth !!!
