Following a recent review by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB), some Isle of Wight practice boundaries have been changed slightly, to correspond better with the practice vision and to the geographical spread of their registered practice population. The ICB review also ensured that practice patient numbers are realistic and sustainable for the future.
