Medina Healthcare: Riverway House opens Monday 12 October

We are pleased to confirm that Medina Healthcare’s new Riverway House surgery in Newport will open to patients on Monday 12 October.

Appointments will begin taking place at Riverway House from this date, alongside services continuing from our Wootton Bridge surgery.

Riverway House provides modern consultation and treatment rooms, dedicated facilities for services including blood tests and an improved environment for patients and our teams.

The surgery can be reached by car, on foot or by taxi.

There is currently no direct bus service to the surgery. Patients travelling by bus can travel to Newport Bus Station and continue to Riverway House on foot. Walking times will vary, so please allow additional time for your journey.

Free patient parking is available on site, including accessible parking bays. The building has step-free access and wheelchair-accessible facilities.

The patient entrance is at the rear of the building and is accessed through the parking area.

Appointments at Riverway House

When booking an appointment by phone, you will now be offered appointments at either Riverway House or Wootton Bridge, depending on availability and which location is most suitable for you.

You will remain registered with Medina Healthcare and do not need to re-register or take any action because Riverway House is opening.
